L\u00e1szl\u00f3 Bocskor shows us the pasture landscape around his village of B\u0103\u021banii Mari \/ Nagybacon in Covasna County, Transylvania. In the small village, 60 km north of the city of Bra\u0219ov, there is an intact dairy cooperative of regional farmers and many shepherds who use their traditional know-how to protect the herds from wild animals. As L\u00e1szl\u00f3 Bocskor emphasizes, the continuation of this intact organic farming is also a generational issue and the appreciation of the landscape in a market economy.<\/p>\n
